The Eating Establishment was opened in 1972 and holds the honor of being the oldest full service restaurant in Park City. Not an easy feat in a resort town that has seen many restaurants come and go. While they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, we're talking breakfast here. Popular items are eggs benedict, skillet dishes and pancakes. They have won critical acclaim in the town's "Tastes of Park City" event for breakfast over the past 5 years.
